By far, the most awful professor I have ever had at WVU. Very harsh on exam grades. He integrates material from his Public ECON class (it's not listed as a pre-req for this course). I spent at least 2 weeks studying for each midterm (2 total) and I never got a grade higher than 77% on each midterm (which is a B on his grading scale).

Horrible Professor. Bring your pillow to class because he will for sure put you to sleep. Very boring style of teaching loves talking to the chalkboard. 70% of grade is from exams. Dont waste your time.
