Prerequisite: Placement or "C-" or better in MAT 121. A rigorous course in the computational and theoretical aspects of algebra and trigonometry: equations and inequalities; systems of equations and inequalities; complex numbers; polynomial, rational, radical, exponential logarithmic, and trigonometric functions, equations, and graphs; right triangle trigonometry; inverse functions; law of sines; law cosines, trigonometric identities.
