A participation course focused on an introduction to a more vigorous fitness based style of yoga. This class will include enhanced stamina, strength and flexibility as well as stress reduction. Prerequisite: PESH 105 (Yoga) or requisite experience per approval of the instructor. Notes: Lab Fee: $25. Offered in fall and spring.
