Description: This course is designed to introduce students to the core principles of exercise. The course will include use of stability balls and other equipment to enhance core strength and flexiblity. The course will improve the overall health and wellness of students. Notes: Lab Fee: $25. Activity fee required. Offered in fall and spring.
