Description: This course will incorporate a variety of cutting edge fitness formats to enhance cardiovascular fitness and endurance, strength, balance, flexibility and agility. Exercise formats will include high intensity interval training, circuit training, core conditioning, and cardio kick-boxing. A variety of exercise equipment will be utilized. Notes: Lab Fee: $25.
