Grading suddenly became more acute after HER student survey. Adjustments to her weighted grading criteria should be considered. When issued occurred with submitting assignments she extended the deadline. She does want her students to succeed.

Prompt grades and excellent feedback. Participation is absolutely essential, with two ADDITIONAL follow-up discussion posts each week. Definitely more work than average, but a relatively easy and interesting class overall.
