ETR 113 - D.C. and A.C. Fundamentals I

Prerequisite: MTE 1-3. Studies D.C. and A.C. circuits, basic electrical components, instruments, network theorems, and techniques used to predict, analyze and measure electrical quantities. Lecture 3 hours. Laboratory 3 hours. Total 6 hours per week. Class Notes: See College Catalog for course requisite(s). This is an online course with a specific meeting pattern. To participate in this class, you must be connected online during the dates and times specified in the class schedule. High-speed internet access is required. This is a hybrid class delivered partially in the classroom and partially on the web. Access to a personal computer and internet are required for this online course. Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, access to on-campus computers and internet may be limited. Students should plan to have access to a computer and internet outside of campus. This course may require proctored testing as described in the course syllabus. A student may request an alternative proctoring method, but the student will be responsible for any additional fees associated with the alternative method. Enrollment Requirements: Successful Completion of MTE 1, MTE 2 and MTE 3.
