Description
Studies use of various types of open hole logs for quantitative evaluation of formations. Prerequisite: C or better in PETE 2050. Students must be a Petroleum Engineering major.

This professor is not helpful and his class feels very pointless.

The professor is very intelligent in his field and presents his knowledge in a great way. He does his best to make the work for his class resemble what one might see in the real world, which makes the class both challenging and interesting. However, his exams seem to just pluck random insanely specific questions out of his lectures and the readings
