Dr. Portaro is a very knowledgable professor and, while her class was definitely the most difficult of all my classes, she genuinely does care about the students. She makes you work for it, which I don't think is a bad thing. Yes, there is a ton of work that needs to be done, but you learn so much useful information for a career in healthcare.

I had to p/np this class. I felt like she wanted everyone to be a pharmacist but literally no one was pre-pharm lol. She sets unrealistic standards and assigns too many things at once by having something due every week to keep us busy as if we weren't already. My group was chillin with presentations so I just had to focus on exams.
