CHS 476 - AIDS: Psychosocial and Health Care Concerns

Description
An understanding of the HIV/AIDS pandemic from an ecological approach. The individual, interpersonal, organizational, and social/political factors that have shaped this pandemic will be explored. Class Notes: Attendance is required the first week of class, all sessions; absent students may be dropped from the roster to allow space for wait-listed students. Any anticipated conflicts should be discussed with the instructor in advance. Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisite(s): General Education courses (CO1-CO8) completed; Junior or Senior standing. Requirement Designation: Service Learning Course.
