CHS 339 - Public Health and the Built Environment

Description
We explore how different elements of the built environment, including buildings, roads, neighborhoods and parks, affect a wide range of physical and mental health outcomes among different populations. Class Notes: Attendance is required the first week of class, all sessions; absent students may be dropped from the roster to allow space for wait-listed students. Any anticipated conflicts should be discussed with the instructor in advance. Enrollment Requirements: Prerequisite(s): Junior or senior standing. Recommended Preparation: CHS 101.
