PLCY 700 - Mathematical Preparation for Public Policy and Economics

Description
An intensive preparation course in mathematical and statistical analysis for public policy and economics. Reviews and introduces topics in linear algebra, calculus, optimization and mathematical statistics, and prepares students for PLCY 788 and PLCY 789. Also serves as a prerequisite for HPM 881, which satisfies one methods requirement in the Ph.D. program. Class Notes: PLCY 700 meets M-F from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM from August 5 through August 16 in Alumni Hall room 308. Please contact the instructor with questions about the schedule.
