LAW 206P - Criminal Procedure Litigation Skills

Description
Prerequisite, LAW 288 (Trial Advocacy), and Pre- or Co-Requisite, LAW 206 (Criminal Procedure Investigation) or LAW 206D (Doctrine and Writing Skills). Students in this course will develop their skills in oral advocacy and deepen their understanding of the doctrines of criminal procedure investigation by litigating a series of simulated motion to suppress hearings alternating between the role of prosecutor and defense lawyer.
