GHMT 630 - Strategic Management of Global Health Services

Description
(Open to students in the joint UMGC-UMB program only). The development of strategic management skills for growing and operating health organizations and health systems in low- and middle-resourced countries. Focus is on building strategies for organizing global health prevention, treatment, care, and capacity-building initiatives. Strategic management skills are applied to create global health missions and goals, core functions and organizational structures, clinical and administrative workforces,budgets and financing, and communication messages. Enrollment Requirements: Joint UMB Global Health Manage.
