Stop whining about Bachrach, he doesn't grade the tests and papers. Yes, he's hard. This is a class for medieval majors. You computer science wizards who like wargames and think will do well will get Cs. He spends some time how to think like a historian, if you don't know, you're dead. DO NOT TAKE BACHRACH UNLESS YOU'RE A JR OR SR.

I took his class a few years back. I majored in Classical Civilization, so I can say the reviews about him being fine if you like history are bull. This professor is just disrespectful. He made someone read their essay in front of class and mocked their grammar- who does that? Unprofessional and rude.
