Description
Inside Washington, D.C. --- For participants in the Michigan in Washington (MIW) undergraduate internship program. Students attend eight speeches, discussions, panels, or presentations on the history, politics, society, economics, and culture of Washington, and its role as the nation's capital. Speakers include government officials, leaders of corporations and non-profit organizations, and non-profit organizations, scientists, journalists, museum curators, musicians, and artists. Class Notes: Restricted to students in the Michigan in Washington Program; by permission only. Add Consent: Department Consent Required.
