Description
Introduction to Water Law and Policy --- This course will survey the history, politics and cultural contexts that inform United States water law and policies of prior appropriation, riparian, federal reserve, and groundwater rights. In addition, the course will examine the role of population growth, energy and climate change in formulating current and future water policy.
