This course explores the role, responsibilities and practices of the change agent/Organizational Development (OD) professional. Its main objective is the application of core interventions such as Human Process, Techno-structural approaches, Human Resources Management, and Strategic approaches. Self-assessment will be an integrative theme and experience during the semester.
