Description
The speech-language pathologists role in team care for individuals with cleft and craniofacial anomalies is explored with emphasis on interprofessional education and service. Areas included are: genetics, embryology, speech-language development, audiologic concerns, psychosocial aspectss, velopharyngeal function and dysfunction, dental/orthodontic concerns, evaluation and remediation of complex speech disorders.
