BIOL 516 - Histology

Description
An in-depth examination of the structure and function of vertebrate tissues using light and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Students will photograph and label specific tissue and cell types of species from different vertebrate classes. Prerequisites: one semester of human or vertebrate anatomy with dissection OR cell biology.
