FDNS 6540 - Public Health Dietetics

Description
Nutrition in public health care and tools for successful management and delivery of nutrition services, including knowledge and experience conducting community assessment, program planning/design and implementation, and evaluation as related to nutritional care. Designed to provide experiential learning in the community and public health settings. When this course is taught as a split level, additional requirements for graduate students: Graduate students are required to prepare and present 2 lectures on a specific public health issue.
