There are quizzes due every week but they are all open book. Each week there is also either a Discussion Post or Thought Question due with "Assignments" every other week. She isn't a tough grader and offers extra credit.

I am currently taking this class and feel like the teacher cares about the success of her students. It's not a particularly difficult course, but there are a lot of little assignments. Quizzes are open-book. Mostly, it gets you thinking about your stress level and offers ways to cope. I actually really enjoy the book! I would take this again!
