NTRN 4664 - Food & Bev Mngmt (small oper)

Description
This course includes the study of foods, production, equipment, preparation, sanitation, and service techniques in small commercial food facilities with emphasis on quality standards. The emphasis will be on food operations associated with golf course management. Prerequisite(s): NTRN 1613 and 1613L, MGMT 3103, MRKT 3013. Hepatitis A vaccination and a Servasafe Food Handlers Certificate are required.
