IT 1081C - System Administration

Description
This course will provide the knowledge and hands-on skills necessary to manage a Local Area Network and its resources. Topics covered include directory services, server management, file and print services, and user/client administration in a heterogeneous operating system environment. Students will setup and manage a fully functioning computer network of systems. Hands-on active learning required - Prerequisite Definition: To take this course you must: Have taken the following Courses IT1050 min grade C-, or 18IT170 min grade C-, or 32IT170 min grade C-, or 28CS101 min grade C-, or 20IT170 min grade C-, or 34CIS178 min grade C-.
