CRITICAL THINKING AND DECISION MAKING This course integrates theory and practice in order to develop and accumulate problem solving skills–the ability to analyze, think, perform, evaluate, and adapt to the changing needs of organizations. Focuses on complex decision making processes, critical thinking skills and creative problem solving techniques for the learning organization, motivation and coaching of others, development of conflict resolution skills, and the management of stress and well-being. Prerequisites: MGMT 3312, 3320, 3355, 4320, or permission of instructor if taken as an elective, and Junior standing or above.
