Anthony Filippi

I wouldn't recommend taking this class for fun unless you have a deeply rooted passion for remote sensing. Don't get me wrong, Dr. Filippi knows his stuff, but he goes through the material insanely fast. Labs are fine but there are times when they become very long and time consuming. 2 exams and 10 labs are the only grades you get in this class.

He FLIES through material, making it hard to take down necessary notes. Nevertheless, he still did not get to multiple topics, and held students responsible for watching lectures on those topics, outside of class time. Some test questions were quite specific, so expect to memorize large amounts of technical information.
