Renowned cuisine and culture from a food studies and systems level to dietary patterns and health risks via lectures, readings, field trips and excursions from the SU Florence campus. Additional work required of graduate students. Class Notes: Must have applied through SU Abroad. Meets on campus Tuesday from 5:00-7:45 pm. In Italy traveling 5/15/19-5/30/19.
