Chef Emilio, a wonderful host and teacher, will fill our senses with some of his classic Italian dishes starting with melanzane di rollatini - eggplant rolled, stuffed with ricotta, melted mozzarella and marinara sauce. Get your cameras ready for a tableside show of pappardelle a la Chef Emilio - fresh pasta, three types of mushrooms, and cognac, set on fire in a hollowed wheel of imported Parmigiano-Reggiano. Next is chicken Silvia – asparagus mozzarella, shiitake mushroom with saffron risotto and an asparagus au gratin. Enjoy bread pudding and coffee for dessert.
