CDFS 499 - Internship

Description
6 credit hours Under supervision by qualified site supervisors and faculty, the Practicum/Internship enables students to be placed in approved professional work environments to build upon previous university classroom knowledge and experiences to gain work-related knowledge and skills, and to explore appropriate career options. (Pprerequisties: The practicum/Internship is taken in the final semester before graduation. Students are required to apply for the Practicum in consulation with their respective advisors. Course audits must be approved by the advisors and department chair before acceptance of students into the Practicum).
