CDFS 445 - Adm. of Programs for Children

3 credit hours This course is designed to explore the planning and administration of programs for young children. The course will examine topis in budget and staffing, including the use of computers. This course includes proposal writing, advocacy, staff relations, in service training, working with parents, dealing with supervising agencies or boards, professional activities, current research inthe field as well as changes in the laws. Prerequisites: CDFS 301 and consent of department chair.
