CDFS 395 - Children, Families, Pub Policy

3 credit hours This course examines the structure and function of the legal system and public policy relative to children and families. Aspects of family and the law (relating to marri- age, divorce, family support, child custody, child pro- social services and the economy will be examined, enhanced by appropriate field experience assignments. (Prerequisites: CDFS 301 and 302)
