HTMS 3112 - Event Planning and Catering Management

Description
An exposure to the exciting event planning and catering industry. This course will focus on real world situations illustrating the growing industry needs and ever expanding opportunities of quantity foodservice production. Topics also include leadership in this challenging industry illustrated through hands-on projects, industry tours, and guest speakers.

2 easy mandatory events, a couple tours, really simple. He basically does everything for the charity event. Super easy midterm and an optional final, where he drops it if it harms your grade. This class is easy and quite boring. The events are fun though. OH, you really dont need the book at all.
