Description

Legal Communication, Analysis, and Professionalism I (3 credit hours) LCAP I Students will build skills in the areas of case analysis, legal research, legal writing, and professionalism. Written exercises, including the drafting of client letters and legal memoranda, are required. Students will also learn the basics of client communication and client interviewing.

I had Copes for LCAP. She was very responsive to emails and was always prepared for class. However, she would contradict herself a lot during the paper review and would not provide a straightforward answer when asking for clarification on her comments. I would not take her again for a writing course.

I thought he tried his best to make the content fun and educational. The course is not made by him, so chill and just realize what ever he is telling you to do is not really on him. All the work seems tedious- just do it.
