WRIT 3326 - Legal Writing

Description
This course focuses on applied rhetoric and is designed to give undergraduate students practical experience in writing clear, effective plain-language legal documents. The course offers a range of realistic legal writing problems but does not presume any specialized legal knowledge. The writing assignments will help students to improve their writing and editing skills and to refine their abilities to analyze and develop arguments within a legal context. Prerequisite: WRIT 2302. This course fulfills an upper-division Writing Rich mission marker.
