SUR 203C - Surgical Clinical Practicum III

Description
This course provides students with surgical clinical experience in the first and second scrub roles. Specific surgical cases in general and specialty areas are assigned. The main surgery focus is on oral and maxillofacial, plastic and reconstructive, ophthalmic, cardiothoracic, peripheral vascular, and neurosurgery procedures. Students are required to complete an accumulative total of 120 cases during Clinical Practicum I, II, and III. Students must register for the seminar co-requisite and successfully complete both components.
