SUR 104 - Surgical Pharmacology

Description
This course is an introduction to pharmacological agents used in surgery including the administration of anesthesia and pre-operative medications, types of anesthesia, complications, and alternative methods to anesthesia. The role of the surgical technologist during administration, as well as the care and handling of medications and solutions, will be covered.
