do not take english with Dr. Burks, she is not a good professor, takes several days to get back at you. She thinks you are english major, when your career is Engineering. I recomend not to take it with Dr. Burks. I gave her a 1 because i couldn't gave her a 0.

Dr. Burks is amazing! She was so sweet & talkative to our class & her lectures were somewhat interesting. 2 in-class essays & 2 out-of-class essays. she gives lots of feedback regarding your essays, which is super helpful. she does not grade lightly... she does allow essays to be rewritten for a better grade. gives few extra credit opportunities
