Joe is great, he is a really nice guy and knows a lot about history. There are assigned readings every week that you have to discuss in class & write a 1-2 page paper on. Only 2 exams a midterm & final, he tells you what to expect & the format of the tests. This class is easy as long as you do the readings every week & take good notes.

He doesn't actually teach but has the class get into groups and assigns different topics to each group. You learn a lot about the topic you are given but when it is one of 7 per class and you have to rely on comprehending fresh/soph college kids who don't actually care about history, it's impossible to comprehend information. Do not recommend.
