403A-4 Electronic Circuit Analysis. This course studies fundamental solid-state electronic concepts, the application and design of transistor amplifiers, and operational amplifier circuits. Course topics include the ideal operational amplifier, diodes, rectifiers, analysis and design of bipolar transistor (BJT) amplifiers, and the analysis and design of field effect transistor (FET) amplifiers. A laboratory emphasizes electronics circuit design and analysis. Prerequisite: ET 304B. Restricted to Junior/Senior standing. Restricted to College of Engineering students or departmental approval required.
