PSYCH 069 - Psychology In Film

Description
Students analyze a variety of films that portray specific human behaviors, characteristics, and disorders as discussed in General Psychology I. A lecture/discussion accompanying each film provides a more in depth analysis of the relevant topic than covered in General Psychology I. Students discuss topics drawn from research methods, biological psychology, sensation and perception, states of consciousness, learning, memory, intelligence, motivation, human development, personality, emotions and stress, human sexuality and gender, social psychology, abnormal psychology, and clinical psychology. Requirement Designation: Meets IGETC 4I CSU D9.
