Description
Prerequisite: ENGL/EXPO 1213. May be repeated twice with change of content; maximum credit 9 hours. A study of women's art and culture in British, American, Native American and/or African American contexts. Typically incorporating a feminist approach and raising questions about gender, race, and sexuality, the course engages the often forgotten or marginalized experiences of women as represented in literature, film and/or other texts.
