He's a great lecturer, I currently have him for Physics EM (1251). The tests are pretty hard, but I'm assuming he will curve them somewhat. One complaint is no equation sheets are given for quizzes which is really tough, but they are provided for exams.

PHY2300 was the hardest class I've ever taken. Prof. Lisa didn't assign too much homework, but it took a long time to complete. He was also very generous with partial credit on the exams, and the final grade got curved up quite a bit. Try to read the book and watch the lectures before going to class, practice problems at home, and you'll do fine.
