GEOG 3481 - Applied Geographic Information Systems

Description
Advanced discussion of spatial interpolations, error, and uncertainty, Global Positioning Systems (GPS), and spatial model-building. Advanced knowledge of GIS theory and science. Computer lab projects geared toward the relevant major. Exercises require work in the computer lab outside class hours. There is an additional fee for this course. Offered alternate years.
