PE 3155 - Model United Nations

Description
Course prepares the students to participate at the National Model United Nations Conference which is held every April in New York City. During the Conference, student teams, representing the member-states of the UN, participate in mock sessions of the United Nations General Assembly and its main committees. Students acquire an in-depth understanding of the inner workings of the United Nations, its role in addressing issues of global concern, and practice the art of diplomacy and negotiation. Students also acquire in-depth knowledge of one assigned country that they will represent at the Conference.
