ATHL 127 - Running Conditioning

Description
Do you want to increase your energy levels, get fit, and become a better runner? If you want to be in better shape and are more likely to run in a group setting, this is the class for you. We will do a different run every class ranging from longer runs with sprint intervals to shorter sprints workouts. All levels will benefit from this class because you can go at your own pace. Prerequisites & Notes Note: P/NP grading.
