345 Disaster Psychology (3 hours) A broad introduction to the field of disaster psychology by examining theory, research and practice in disaster psychology. Focuses on the impact of a disaster on both responders and those directly impacted by the event. Discusses intervention strategies and the role of relief organizations. Prerequisites: PSYC 08103 and SOSC 36305. (F, S)
