Description
EEC 4404 -- Families and Diversity 3 Credit Hours (Offered as needed) This course will focus on building positive relationships with families through communication and involvement. Focus will include developing an awareness of diversity and multicultural considerations in working with families of young children. The course will explore the role of the family and the influence of the community on the development of young children in a diverse society; and will prepare the student to work effectively with families and communities.
