PHIL 321 - Philosophy of Terrorism

Description
This class looks at the philosophy of terrorism and why it is perpetrated. Focus is placed on the identifiable repeating elements that occur in terrorist activity and development of a working definition for terrorism. Areas of study include: Religious terrorism, political terrorism, psychological terrorism, suicide terrorism, and female terrorism. Pre-requisite(s): PHIL 101 or PHIL 135.
