NURS 435 - Gerontological Nursing

Description
Examines current evidence-based practice related to the aging population and health-care. Theoretical basis for safe, evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care that is developmentally and culturally appropriate for the older adult. Integration of legal and ethical responsibilities of nurse as provider of care, designer/manager/coordinator of care, and member of a profession. CRQ: NURS 431 or RN status.
