Description
Acquisition of nursing theory and critical thinking skills necessary for safe, quality, holistic, patient-centered nursing care to a givers adult population. Focus on medical-surgical conditions. Includes standards of practice and legal and ethical responsibilities of the nurse as provider of care, designer/manager/coordinator of care, and member of a profession. PRQ: NURS 312 and NURS 313 and NURS 314 and NURS 315 and NURS 323.
